# Cài mail Outlook cho máy tính

### 1. Sử dụng trực tiếp Webmail

Link webmail: <https://mail.cpc1hn.com.vn/webmail/login/>&#x20;

### 2. Cài mai vào Outlook

**Bước 1:** Mở phần mềm **Outlook.** Chọn mục **"Add Account"** để thêm tài khoản.

**Bước 2:** Nhập **Mail do công ty cấp ->** tích chọn **"Let me set up my account manually" -> Connect**

1. Chọn mục **IMAP**

2. Nhập mật khẩu mail được cấp

3. Kiểm tra lại thông tin. Bấm "**Done"** để hoàn thành

**Trong trường hợp giao diện không hiển thị như ở cách 1, thay vì chọn IMAP, mọi người chọn POP và thực hiện các thao tác dưới đây.**

1. Chọn **POP**

2. Điền đầy đủ thông tin như hình dưới

* Server: **mail.cpc1hn.com.vn**
* Port: **110** và **465 (**&#x63;ó những máy cặp **Port** là **110** và **25)**

3. Nhập **Mật khẩu mail được công ty cấp -> Connect**

4. Kiểm tra thông tin, bấm **"Done"** để hoàn thành

### 2. Hướng dẫn cài thời gian load mail&#x20;

Bước 1:&#x20;

* Chọn tab **Send/Receive**&#x20;
* Chọn mục **Send/Receive Groups**
* Chọn **Define Send/Receive Groups**

**Bước 2:** Cài thông tin như ảnh dưới, sau đó bấm **Close** để kết thúc.
