# Hướng dẫn sử dụng

**Bước 1:** Đăng nhập vào phần mềm bằng tài khoản được IT cấp và phân quyền

**Bước 2:** Chọn thời gian để tìm kiếm hợp đồng

**Bước 3:** Tải file mẫu hợp đồng

**Bước 4:** Tại phần mềm **PrintContact,** chọn Hợp đồng kê đơn cần in

**Bước 5:** Chọn in Hợp đồng

**Bước 6:** Chọn file hợp đồng mẫu (bước 3)

**Bước 7: Hợp đồng được in thành công**

**Bước 8:** Hợp đồng kê đơn được xuất ra file word với đầy đủ thông tin đã được đăng ký trên web icpc1hn.work. Kiểm tra lại thông tin file hợp đồng trước khi sử dụng.
