# Quên mật khẩu

App sổ tay, web icpc1hn.work, web member.cpc1hn.com.vn đều dùng chung 1 tài khoản và mật khẩu duy nhất. Trường hợp quên mật khẩu, nhân viên thực hiện lấy lại mật khẩu theo cách dưới đây.

<mark style="color:red;">Lưu ý: Trước khi thực hiện, cần báo cáo tất cả call, tránh trường hợp mất call</mark>

1. Truy cập vào App ICPC1HN . Chọn **Quên mật khẩu**

2. &#x20;Nhập **Email** hoặc **Số điện thoại** đã đăng ký để lấy lại mật khẩu . Sau khi nhập xong , ta chọn **Đặt lại mật khẩu** .

3. Kiểm tra Gmail để nhận mã OTP. Nhập mã OTP vừa nhận vào để Xác thực . Sau khi nhập đúng mã OTP thì chọn **Xác thực .**

4. &#x20;Kiểm tra mail để nhận mật khẩu . Chọn **Quay lại đăng nhập** để quay về màn hình Đăng nhập

5. &#x20;Hoàn tất đăng nhập
