# Xác định và lấy tọa độ khách hàng trên Google Maps

**Bước 1:** Mở **ứng dụng Google Maps** trên điện thoại hoặc [tải Google Maps](https://www.thegioididong.com/game-app/google-maps-ung-dung-tim-kiem-ban-do-219938)

**Bước 2:** Chọn **vị trí** **chính xác của KH trên bản đồ** và **nhấn giữ trên màn hình** tới khi xuất hiện chấm đỏ như hình. Bạn sẽ thấy tọa **độ xuất hiện trên thanh tìm kiếm** ở phía trên cùng.

**Bước 3:** **Chụp lại màn hình** như hình trong Bước 2 và **gửi kèm Mã KH, Địa chỉ KH** cho **IT** để IT **tiến hành chỉnh sửa thông tin.**
