# Đăng ký chuẩn hóa KHTC

### Điều kiện chuẩn hóa Khách hàng:

1. Kế toán chỉ chấp nhận chuẩn hóa KHTC khi TDV đã check call tại Khách hàng
2. TDV chỉ có thể đăng ký chuẩn hóa đối với KHTC do chính TDV tạo và chưa được Kế toán duyệt (KHTC chưa được duyệt là những khách hàng có nút Chỉnh sửa)
3. TDV phải điền đầy đủ thông tin KH gồm: Mã số thuế + SĐT + Người đại diện
4. Thao tác cập nhật thông tin KH xem tại đây

(Thông tin không được để trống, nếu không có thì ghi <mark style="color:red;">"Không có"</mark>)

### **Nguyên nhân dẫn tới việc không thể đăng ký chuẩn hóa được KHTC có thể là:**

1. KHTC lây từ hệ thống, chưa có mã BFO ( thường ghi là chưa chuẩn hóa và không có nút chỉnh sửa. TH này TDV thông tin lại cho Kế toán, để kế toán chuẩn hóa theo mã hiện tại theo quy định của hệ thống)
2. KHTC do TDV tạo ra chưa có đầy đủ thông tin/ thiếu ảnh/thiếu call,... TDV thao tác theo hướng dẫn bên dưới

1. Chỉ được cập nhật thông tin KHTC do chính TDV tạo ra và chưa được kế toán chuẩn hóa
2. Những KHTC lấy từ hệ thống là khách hàng đã được kế toán duyệt, TDV không thể chỉnh sửa những khách hàng này. Nếu cần chỉnh sửa, TDV thông tin lại cho bộ phận IT hỗ trợ
