# Đăng ký vào ra "Ra ngoài - Đi muộn"

### 1. Nhân viên đăng ký vào ra

**Nhân viên cần điền đẩy đủ vào phiếu đăng ký những thông tin sau:**

* Nhập **Lý do ra ngoài/ Lý do đi muộn**
* Chọn **Thời gian ra ngoài là bao lâu** + **Giờ ra** (nếu là đăng ký ra ngoài)
* Chọn **Thời gian đi muộn là bao lâu** + **Thời gian dự kiến đến** (nếu là đăng ký đi muộn)
* Chọn **Người phê duyệt**&#x20;

### 2. Quản lý phê duyệt đăng ký

Quản lý vào mục **Tra cứu** ⇒ **Bếp ăn và Chấm công** ⇒ **Đăng ký vào ra** ⇒ **Phê duyệt**

Trường hợp không vào được app (do một số máy bị lỗi) quản lý vào theo link <https://ksvr.icpc1hn.work/tra-cuu>
