# Hướng dẫn BackUp mail @cpc1hn.com.vn

### 1. Backup dữ liệu mail

**B1:** Đăng nhập tài khoản mail bằng ứng dụng Outlook trên máy tính

**B2: Truy cập menu Export**

Chọn **File** (Tệp) ở góc trên bên trái

Sau đó chọn **Open & Export** ⇒ **Import/Export**

Chọn **Export to a file** (Xuất ra tệp) rồi nhấn **Next**

Chọn **Outlook Data File (.pst)** và nhấn **Next**

**Chọn thư mục:** Chọn tài khoản email (hoặc thư mục Inbox, Sent Items, Calendar...) bạn muốn sao lưu. Lưu ý: Hãy tích vào **Include subfolders** (Bao gồm các thư mục con) để đảm bảo sao lưu toàn bộ ⇒ Sau đó bấm **Next**

**Chọn nơi sẽ lưu file Export:** Bằng cách nhấn **Browse** (Duyệt) để chọn vị trí lưu tệp tin `.pst` trên máy tính, đặt tên tệp và nhấn **Finish** (Hoàn tất).

*Lưu ý đặt tên và chọn nơi lưu phù hợp để dễ tìm kiếm*

Nhập mật khẩu bảo vệ cho File Backup hoặc **bỏ trống ô mật khẩu ⇒ nhấn OK để bỏ qua bước này (Nếu bạn sợ quên mật khẩu)**

### 2. Khôi phục lại dữ liệu mail

**B1:** Đăng nhập ứng dụng Outlook trên máy tính

*Lưu ý: Ở bước khôi phục này, bạn có thể chọn tài khoản mail khác để khôi phục lại dữ liệu mail (ví dụ dữ liệu backup là ở mail <it@cpc1hn.com.vn> nhưng có thể khôi phục ở mail <hien.ngothi.hanoi.it@cpc1hn.com.vn>) tùy vào nhu cầu sử dụng của bạn*

**B2: Truy cập menu Import**

Chọn **File** (Tệp) ở góc trên bên trái

Sau đó chọn **Open & Export** ⇒ **Import/Export**

Chọn **Import from another program or file** rồi nhấn **Next**

Chọn **Outlook Data File (.pst)** và nhấn **Next**

Chọn **tệp đã backup trước đó** và nhấn **Next**

Chọn **Import items into the same folder in ⇒** Chọn **1 tài khoản mail sẽ là nơi mở dữ liệu khôi phục** ⇒ nhấn **Finish** để hoàn thành
